Myouen can be described as a grumpy cat. He is not easily impressed and tends to keep to himself. He's highly competitive and nearly every statement ends in snark.
Appearance
Myouen has black hair and black eyes. He wears a combination of tan and black clothing.
Background
Myouen hails from the same clan as Danzou. After the stunt Danzou pulled in the original series, the Shimura, a once well respected clan, was shamed and shunned by Konoha. Though the Shimura were not systematically discriminated against like the Uchiha were, many in Konoha treats them suspiciously. Myouen, only hearing of what happened second hand from older clan members, blames Naruto (the current Hokage), Sasuke, and even Shinachiku for his clan's misfortune and wishes to someday restore their honor however possible.

Myouen assumes Shinachiku is a spoiled privileged kid who gets everyone handed to him because he is the son of the Hokage and Sakura’s child. Myouen who came from a average family of shinobi wants to earn the recognition he thinks Shinachiku doesn’t deserve. As he actually gets to know Shinachiku more, his opinion of him reluctantly changes.
Koga Inuzuka
While Myouen has a little bit of respect for Shinachiku as a rival, he does not have any for Koga and finds him all around annoying and too happy-go-lucky.
