After the events of Naruto, Hinata and Neji took up a partnership to bring the two branches of the Hyūga Clan together, fulfilling Hizashi Hyūga's final wish after his sacrifice to save Hinata and Neji during the 4th Shinobi War.
Hinata faces many hardship and criticisms for her leadership and decision to appoint Neji as co-leader of the clan.
