Sakura Haruno, otherwise known as Sakura Uzumaki, is a character in the Naruto franchise.

Profile

For most of the NaruSaku fandom, Sakura’s fanon counterpart is not very different from his canon iteration except for a few changes:

• Similarly to the canon plot, her feelings toward Sasuke become more and more clear. Her desire to save Sasuke comes not from love, but from genuinely trying to help him and Naruto. Canon Sakura knows that Naruto cannot be truly happy without Sasuke, but fanon Sakura not only knows this, but acts upon it more frequently by standing up to Sasuke for Naruto’s sake.
• Fanon Sakura more frequently acknowledges Ino’s importance to her since early canon drew parallels between Naruto/Sasuke and Sakura/Ino.
• In fanon, she is much more involved with the final fight. Many NaruSaku fans do not consider much of the ending canon and prefer for her to have a more active roll with her new power

Road to Ninja

Unlike her canon counterpart, Sakura was orphaned as a child as her father Kizashi, who was Hokage, and her mother Mebuki risked their lives to save the village from an unknown threat.

Road to Ninja Sakura is a little more reserved than her canon counterpart. She is also revered in her village as an accomplished respected ninja.

Road to Ninja Sakura is very close to Menma just as Sakura is with Naruto, but she is more open with her feelings and openly affectionate with him. Ino is still her best friend, but she has taken the big sister role in their relationship.
