Naruto birthed Tomoe and they have a close relationship. Naruto is an easy going parent and often played with her when she was little. He never forgot his own childhood and makes sure that Tomoe never has to endure such loneliness. He is very supportive of her dreams and ambitions even though her love for money does worry him a little… Naruto often has to step in when Sasuke is too overprotective and Tomoe usually goes to him instead of Sasuke to ask for permission when she wants to do something.

Sasuke thought he’d never feel as strongly for anyone as he did for his killed family or Naruto. He stood corrected when Tomoe was born. As soon as he held her something changed within him. She became the love of his life and for her sake, Sasuke decided to stay in Konoha permanently. Tomoe is Sasuke’s everything and he’s constantly worried about her. He’s overprotective and can sometimes be a bit overbearing but luckily Naruto is there to intervene when it gets too much. When Tomoe does a prank he’s more concerned for her well being than her victims.

Despite Shinachiku being Tomoe’s best friend she often gets him into trouble. She likes to mess with him and often drags him into her schemes. Being a pushover, Shinachiku has a hard time saying no but part of him also longs for the adventures Tomoe forces him to have.

Due to his respected parents, Shinachiku often feels pressured by the expectations of others but with Tomoe it’s different. In her company he gets to do things he wouldn’t have done otherwise and it helps him break out of his shell. Tomoe on the other hand appreciates Shinachiku accepting her despite her weird origins. She doesn’t show it but people’s comments about her “weird” family does get to her at times.

Sometimes Shinachiku and Tomoe find themselves in situations that can be interpreted as romantic and become thoroughly confused. Awkward silence is not uncommon during said times.
